Patrice sat in Solem’s condo. She was so miserable, even worse now than she was before. She rocked back in forth in his chair as she thought of a master plan. It sickened her that she didn’t think smart enough to not creep in the house. She had got way too comfortable with Timmy’s good trusting spirit.

“Are you alright?” Solem asked her.

She stopped rocking and looked at him.

How could you be so stupid? Michelle thought to herself. Solem was getting on her last damn nerves. She only agreed to come over because he was willing to help her plot something to take Timmy down. Patrice questioned herself and asked how could she not do Timmy the way he had done her. She knew that he was cheating on her from the very beginning, but she was too busy doing her own dirt. She didn’t have time to keep up with him. At the end of the day, she thought both of them were playing around. She knew that they were at a tough spot, so she did her and he did him, but she was never prepared to divorce him so soon. She was sick.

“I have an idea.” Patrice stood to her feet.

“What is it?”

“Slap me as hard as you can right above the eye,” she told him.

“What?” Solem looked at her like she was crazy.

“If you beat me, I can put it on him. I can make it seem like he’s the one who beat me. I’ll take it to the media and everything, and his life would be over in the blink of an eye.”

Solem wasn’t feeling it. Patrice was on some straight psychopath shit and he wanted no parts in it. He was going to go against it but when tears slid down her face, he kind of felt bad for her.

“You actually want me to hit on you? I’ll hurt you. I don’t think that’s a good idea,” Solem told her.

“Trust my word.”

She stood in front of him and waited for him to slap her. She closed her eyes and balled her fist and took the painful slap to her face. Solem wasn’t lying when he said that he would hurt her because that one slap made her beyond dizzy.

“Slap the other eye,” she told him.

He slapped her left eye. It stung. Solem couldn’t believe that he was doing that shit. He really loved her and would do anything, so if that meant showing her he loved her then that’s what it was going to be. An hour later, Patrice was working with two swollen eyes, a busted lip, and a red print on her jaw. Since Timmy wanted to play with her, she was going to show him how to play. She got her phone and took pictures of her face. She got into her car and headed to WCVB news. She wanted the whole world to know what type of man Timmy really was.
